Picture this -- it’s been a long day at work, you just finished a great workout at the gym and now you’re ready for a recovery protein shake. You look in the fridge and realize you haven’t done a big grocery shop in while... but don’t worry! You can still make a delicious shake with five ingredients or less!

Here are a few ideas!

The Modus Team’s Favorite

  • 2 scoops Modus chocolate protein powder
  • 2 cups coconut milk (can substitute for almond or cashew milk)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup ice

Mint Chocolate Shake

  • 2 scoops Modus chocolate protein powder
  • 2 cups coconut/almond/cashew milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract

Modus Mocha Shake

  • 2 scoops Modus chocolate protein powder
  • 2 cups coconut/almond/cashew milk
  • 1 handful ice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee or ½ cup concentrated cold brew coffee

Peanut Butter Cup Shake

  • 2 scoops Modus chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups coconut/almond/cashew milk
  • 1 handful ice

Chocolate Lovers Shake

  • 2 cups coconut/almond/cashew milk
  • 1 tsp pure cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops Modus chocolate protein powder
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)

Peanut Butter Chocolate Monkey Shake

  • 2 scoops Modus chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup coconut/almond/cashew milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3-5 ice cubes

Rise & Grind Shake

  • 2 cups of coconut/almond/cashew milk
  • Modus chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • ½  cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp chopped almonds

Chocolate Strawberry Protein Shake

  • 2 scoops Modus chocolate protein powder
  • 2 cups coconut/almond/cashew milk
  • 1 heaping cup frozen strawberries

Very Berry Chocolate

  • 2 cups coconut/almond/cashew milk
  • ½  cup frozen strawberries
  • ½  cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 scoop Modus chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Chocolate Apple Peanut Butter

  • 2 cups coconut/almond/cashew milk
  • 1 scoop Modus chocolate protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp peanut powder
  • ½  medium apple (peel on)
  • 3/4 cup ice
