Power OFF FAQs

  • Q
When is the best time of day to take Power Off?
    A
We recommend taking Power Off right before sleep. Less is more. Always start with one capsule before bed and consider taking just one capsule for 2 to 3 days prior to increasing the dose. Power Off is not a sedative.
  • Q
Is it safe to take Power Off every night?
    A
It is safe to take Power Off every night. For maximum effect we recommend that you take it daily.
  • Q
How should I take Power Off?
    A
The recommended dose is 1 to 2 capsules before bed (we recommend starting with 1 capsule and increasing to 2 if needed) or as directed by your doctor or healthcare provider. Power Off is designed to be taken immediately before bed. Not hours before, or even 30 minutes before bed. Light stimulus from cell phones, laptops, computers, televisions and iPads can and will negate the function of the new Power Off. The new GABA in Power Off is created to be absorbed quickly and start its process in optimizing sleep, while the other ingredients get to work at each of their tasks. Taking Power Off and then watching a 30-minute TV program, or stimulating your eyes and brain with the artificial light from electronic devices is not the optimal way to use Power Off. The recommendation is to power down your devices for the evening, wash up, brush and floss, and take Power Off right before bed.
  • Q
If I take Power Off, will I need Power On to get started in the morning?
    A
While you can take Power On or Power Off independently of each other, for maximum effect we recommend that you take them as a dual regimen.
  • Q
